When you rent at Nest, everyday pet ownership is simple.

With easy access to green spaces, you’ll have no problem getting those 10,000 daily steps in. Take the dog for a walk along nearby paths; or cool off in the river nearby. Off leash parks are close by, and Nest even includes a pet wash. It’s perfect for you, and your best friend.

With the Grata Smart OS, renting never felt so simple.

All homes at Nest come with Grata Smart Living OS, an app created by residents, for residents, that enables keyless entry, an intercom feature, smart thermostat control, water leak and shutoff notifications, and makes amenity bookings and service requests easy.

Rooftop Patio

Social moments and stunning sunsets are waiting. The rooftop patio at Nest features shared spaces and seating areas plus BBQs for all. Grill for friends, or chill with a book and your pet. You’ll also get a spectacular view of the Stampede fireworks every July.

Secure Bike Storage & Bike Wash

What better way to see the city than on your bike? As a parking free building, we’ve doubled down on bike storage so you can commute across town or take advantage of nearby trails in your downtime. There is also a bike wash station and large storage lockers available on site.

Grata offers digital keyless entry, has an intercom feature, smart thermostat control, water leak and shutoff notifications, and can even tell you when you’re getting a package delivered. It also makes it easy to keep up to date with resident news and offers and makes amenity bookings and service requests easy. Now that’s smart.

Lounge & Party Room

Nest makes the most of every square foot from top to bottom. As a resident, you’ll have access to a lower-level rentable party room for entertaining, a common lounge area to connect with neighbours, and a dedicated games space—perfect for everything from casual hangouts to a little friendly competition.
