ACCESSIBLE SUITES
Nest offers 10 accessible homes designed to provide meaningful, barrier-free living. Our Plan A suites are purpose-built accessible floor plans, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of mobility and accessibility needs.
Features of the Plan A accessible suites include wider doorways, roll-in showers, turning radius clearances, raised plugs, face-side appliances and lowered shelving.

ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES
Accessible & Universal Washrooms Nest features [accessible/universal] washroom located in the basement, adjacent to the amenity room. These washroom is designed to accommodate all users, including those using mobility devices.
Accessible Seating Accessible seating is available in the lobby and throughout Nest's amenity areas, including the rooftop patio, games room, and party room, ensuring all residents and guests can comfortably enjoy shared spaces.
Entrance Ramps & Accessible Routes Accessible entrance points are located at in the NE corner of the property. Step-free routes connect the accessible entrance to the elevator, lobby, and all amenity levels.
Elevators Nest is served by 2 elevators providing access to all floors, ensuring step-free vertical circulation throughout the building for all residents and visitors. Elevator features include Tactile buttons, wide cab dimensions accommodating mobility devices, visual floor indicators.
Emergency Exits Accessible emergency exits are located at lobby entrance. Areas of Rescue Assistance are available at lobby entrance for residents who require assistance during evacuation. Emergency procedures are available upon request from the leasing office.
COMMUNICATION SUPPORTS
WiFi Suites at Nest are set up and ready for internet service, enabling residents to connect their preferred provider and access digital communication tools, assistive technologies, and remote services from home.
Building Entry & Intercom System Nest's main entrance features a smart intercom system integrated with the Grata app, supporting both voice and digital communication for residents and visitors.
Emergency Communication Nest is equipped with both audible and visual emergency alert systems throughout all common areas and corridors.
Grata Smart OS — Resident App All residents have access to the Grata Smart OS platform on mobile and desktop. Grata reduces reliance on phone calls and in-person interaction by enabling residents to submit maintenance requests, book amenities, manage their smart intercom, and receive suite alerts all in writing, digitally, and at any time. This makes day-to-day building communication accessible for residents who communicate more effectively in writing than by phone.
